S&B Hotels Services & Consultancy is the Sonders and Beach Group division that deals with Integrated Facility Management Services for travel industry combining business consulting and advanced training with the provision of some specific services. The aims is to improve the efficiency of the entire organization, make it more flexible and able to adapt to market changes through the optimized management of the company spaces with those of of human resources and of the company’s activities.
Quiiky is the premier Italian tour operator focused on the LGBTQ+ market segment. Our inbound “Untold History Tours” provided fascinating insight on the LGBTQ+ history of Italy’s most exciting destinations. Our outbound tour business also focuses in the LGBTQ+ market, with special attention paid to selecting the most welcoming and safe destinations, and always ensuring an excellent travel experience for our clients.
QMagazine is Italy’s only travel magazine dedicated to the LGBTQ+ community. QMagazine is currently published in Italian both digitally and in print twice per year. Beginning in 2021 Q Magazine will launch an English version targeting the North American market, and aims to become the leading source of information for English-speaking LGBTQ+ travelers interested in Italy and its unique destinations, wines, food and lifestyle.
We offer professional training courses for travel and hospitality professionals, including LGBTQ tourism courses, diversity and inclusion training, and revenue and marketing management. We are specialized in developing communication strategies and marketing plans for the LGBTQ+ travel segment.
We have recently launched two new protocols for the Italian hospitality industry:
The “Safe Hospitality” Protocol provides guidelines for the sanitization operations for acommodations and/or catering facilities, both to achieve the maximum sanitary results and to optimize costs. The protocol is validated by the third-party certification body, RINA.
Mitown is the most popular travel site in Italy dedicated to LGBTQ+ Friendly Milan. With over 500 accommodations, restaurants, bars and useful gay travel experience tips, it provides travelers a fundamental reference, supporting decisions about gay friendly accommodation, restaurants and entertainments.
