The tertiary sector is a serious thing. One of our consultants will support you in the analysis and control phases to identify the aspects to improve of your hotel.
Usually the service includes the use of equipment and professional detergents but it can also include the linen hire/washing service, custom amenities and the management of minibar and of small maintenance.
The washing service or dish washing provides the use of detergents for the completion of service.
You can assign us the administration of breakfast service. Thanks to the definition of a fixed price per person, we are able to guarantee a service of excellence and, at the same time, a great food cost.
Food & Beverage
From management of restaurant and bar to room service, from the choice of quality raw materials to the definition of buffet, set or à la carte menu. The service is conducted with professional staff and it is composed in accordance with the HACCP recent regulations.
Porterage Service & Stewarding
Porterage service consists in the preparation and cleaning of the restaurant, kitchen and meeting rooms. Stewarding service is the use of valets for the transport of luggage.
Outsourcing services is a serious matter. Do not rely on the wrong partner.

For the entire duration of the contract, we enter into an insurance policy. The insurance policy comprises civil liability for damage caused during the performance of service.

24hr assistance service
We guarantee the availability of Area Manager h24 and 7/7. The Area Manager will be available to the hotel for every need. Moreover, for each section of the hotel will always be on site one of our Head of Service.
The consideration monthly developed is liquidated from the Hotel after deduction of 50% as security for legal provisions in the field of safety, protection at work and on recruitment.
